Jagdish Kini is the Founder and Director of Enterprise5c. He strongly believes that ‘Customer Centricity’ is through People, Processes and Strategic Inputs. When Strategy, Capability and Relationships within an organization are aligned, “Organizational Energy” is generated placing itself on a trajectory for growth. Trained under Marshall Goldsmith, he coaches young CEO’s, senior managers and aspiring entrepreneurs. He also facilitates programmes for Duke Corporate Education as a member of their Global Learning Resource Network.
Throughout his illustrious career, for 3 decades across various functions and departments, he is credited for exceptional business performance. Creating business leaders and more importantly satisfied customers was a passion he amply demonstrated during his career. His people development perspectives are simple and inspirational, that create energy in the organization bringing about transformation in people and results. His positive belief is “Happy Employees give Happy Customers”.
He firmly believes that as a young manager, he learnt to build brands at Procter and Gamble, as its Director to build a company (green field project) at L’Oreal, as its Managing Director to manage large organizations at Gillette India and as its Executive Director & CEO to build an industry at Bharti Airtel.
His visionary leadership and strong people management abilities, have transformed companies and people propelling them to Leadership positions. His clients such as 3M, Airtel, Aircell (Maxis), Atria Convergent Technologies, Binary Spectrum, Ferrero Rocher, EMC, among others have greatly benefited from his sharing of knowledge and experiences, helping create a culture to unlock peoples’ potential.
Post his Bachelors in Science from Bombay University, he obtained his MBA in Finance & Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management – Pune. He has done his Advanced Management Program (General Management) from INSEAD - CEDEP, Fontainebleau, France.
His work and passion for travel has taken him to more than 60 countries across the Globe. A keen sportsman, golf keeps him busy over weekends. He is passionate and very vocal when it comes to education for a girl child, a cause very close to his heart. He lives at Bangalore with his wife and two daughters.

Some of the questions raised by people who have shown interest in the Workshop.
1) What could be the size of the audience.?
We would take a maximum of 30 participants. We would need a minimum of 18 participants for the program to be effective for group discussions in smaller groups.
2) Is the Target audience senior management or would it be a mix.?
Since it an Open program the audience would be a mix. A young entrepreneur would be considered as Senior Leadership in her company but by number of years of business experience could be considered mid-level. However, the discussion would be a very high order in very simple language for all to be on the same page.
3) What is the modus operandi for the workshop.
The large group (not over 30) is broken into smaller groups of 5 / 6 participants and this becomes the core group for discussions. The concept is initially discussed among the smaller group and their learning / findings are then shared amongst the larger group, which is then open for debate.
Jagdish Kini with the help from the power point slides, charts and games deliver his ideas and concept with tremendous energy.
4) What could be some of the concepts the participants would exposure to?
Some of the concepts are: -

6.) Is there a follow up to the workshop?
This being an Open Program there is no follow up. However, the participants would be offered bonus offers in the form of Free Coaching (one on one) sessions lasting up to an hour.
For Corporate sponsors follow up in the form of coaching sessions could be a separate contract at discounted rates.
If the group decides to have two or three conference callwebinars (of one hour) this could be arranged at a cost.
Every participant is free to ask for free follow up by taking prior time slots for a 15-minute call. This they could do for three calls within 45 days of the workshop closure.
7) Can accommodation be arranged for outstation participants?
If participants confirm early, we shall try to get you preferred rates in the same Hotel or nearby. We could also help for accommodation in Clubs not too far away.
8) What are the commercials for the Program.?
The Investment for the three-day workshop is Rupees 40,000/= (forty thousand only). Plus, GST as applicable.

Individuals who confirm and pay on or before7th February2020 pay Rupees 35000/= (thirty-five thousand only) Plus GST.
Get one friend to confirm with you on or before 7th February 2020 and each pay 33500/= (Thirty-three thousand and five hundred only) Plus GST as applicable.
Corporates sponsor, three participants and pay on or before 7th February 2020 Rupees 35000/= (Thirty-Five thousand only) Plus GST as applicable per participant.
All Early Birds will be offered one personal (One Hour) coaching session with prior appointment worth 50,000/= Rupees FREE. If they need one or more sessions it will be offered at a discounted rate of 30,000/= Rupees Plus GST as applicable.
The cost of the workshop includes, Lunch and two Tea / Coffee with cookies for all three days. Cost of the workbook is also included.
